To colect data from production site, we offer a wireless, self-generating mesh network system. Network design allows for a great signal coverage using individual communication modules.
Also, Internet access is controlled by a single gateway, easing the connectivity configuration and allowing a simple data flow management.

To connect the sensors with the local network, the system uses independent modules, these are easily installed on each machine you want to monitor.
The modules are able to communicate with several industrial protocols, allowing the system to adapt for different lubricant oil properties.

- Multiple communication protocols for sensor connection: 4-20 mA, CAN, RS485.
- Large signal coverage: up to 300 m per module, on ideal conditions. Each module also serves as a signal repeater, increasing total network coverage.

The model we offer can work with Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connections, according to our client needs.
